Deals Signed at Vermont Avenue Buildings

Four leases totaling 26,106 square feet were inked at two Vermont Avenue buildings in the last 30 days.

Lockheed Martin Corp. renewed its 9,935-square-foot lease at 1025 Vermont Avenue, NW and Parkinson’s Action Network also kept its 3,210-square-foot lease at the same building, which is owned and managed by Carr Properties.

The law form Woodley & McGillivary, which is currently located at 1125 15th Street, NW, signed a new lease for 7,957 square feet at 1101 Vermont Avenue, NW.  The Association of American Veterinary Medical Colleges (AAVMC) renewed and expanded its lease for a total of 5,004 square feet of space at the same building, which is owned by a single purpose entity created and managed by UBS Real Estate Investors LLC.
