30 West Watkins

30 West Watkins is a 100,000 square foot speculative laboratory building that Cambridge Development Group LLC completed for a third party client in 2002. The 3-story building is designed to be a multiple-tenant laboratory and office building for Life Science companies in Gaithersburg, MD. 30 West Watkins was also designed to facilitate the installations of controlled environment rooms, cold rooms and other special construction as required by future tenants.
