Andrew J. Czekaj is the Chairman of Cambridge Holdings LLC and its operating subsidiaries with a primary focus on the strategic direction of the company, capital structures and new business opportunities. Mr. Czekaj has an extensive background in commercial real estate including development, project and portfolio financing, asset acquisition/disposition as well as asset/portfolio restructures.
Mr. Czekaj has been instrumental in the development, financing, acquisition and structuring of over $5.5 billion of commercial real estate. Mr. Czekaj has structured the development and acquisition of in excess of 14 million square feet of office and industrial product on behalf of partners and clients. In addition, he was instrumental in restructuring a $1 billion plus commercial and residential portfolio concentrated in the Mid-Atlantic, Southwest and Florida markets. Mr. Czekaj is a co-founder of Self Storage Zone a self-storage platform that developed and acquired in excess of three million square feet of self-storage facilities valued at more than $400 million in the New York, Washington, DC metro and Florida markets. Currently, Self Storage Zone is under contract and/or development of six new facilities in Washington, DC metro market valued in excess of $120 million at completion.
Mr. Czekaj is an alumni of Rutgers University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He then attended The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University and obtained his Master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Mr. Czekaj is a member of NAIOP. Mr. Czekaj served for nine years on the Board of Trustees for Rollins College and is a board member of the Stimson Center, ranked among the top 35 think tanks in the United States.
Randy S. Jaegle is the Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge Holdings LLC and its operating subsidiaries and a member of the Executive Committee. As the Chief Executive Officer, he focuses on optimizing the performance of the operating divisions as well as facilitating corporate planning. He works closely with other members of senior management in the development and execution of overall company strategy. In addition, Mr. Jaegle serves on the Investment Committee and is responsible for new project acquisitions.
Mr. Jaegle has been an integral member of the Cambridge Holdings LLC team since joining as a summer intern in 1986. He has held numerous positions within the company. While his focus was on leasing, over the years, Mr. Jaegle also gained valuable knowledge in Property Management and Construction through his interaction with the members of Cambridge Holdings LLC’s Property Management and Construction divisions. As a result of his overall knowledge of Leasing and Property Management as well as his overall business acumen, Mr. Jaegle was promoted to Executive Vice President in charge of the Leasing and Property Management divisions in 2003. His successful leadership of these two divisions led to his promotion to Chief Operating Officer in August of 2006. He has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of approximately $2 billion worth of commercial product.
Mr. Jaegle utilizes his 29 years of experience in commercial real estate to provide the clients, shareholders and stakeholders of Cambridge Holdings LLC with maximum results.
Mr. Jaegle serves as the Principal Broker for Cambridge Holdings LLC and is licensed in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Jaegle received his B.A. in Finance from the University of Maine.
T. Michael Scott is the Vice Chairman and President of Cambridge Holdings LLC and Senior Executive of its operating subsidiaries. Mr. Scott has 33 years of comprehensive experience in real estate, including land planning, development, asset management, leasing, acquisition, financing and asset disposition.
Mr. Scott has directed lease and sales transactions for retail, office and industrial projects in excess of 13 million square feet and served as the Principal Broker of Cambridge through May 2017. Mr. Scott directly oversees the Development Group, which has developed 6.2 million square feet as well as two 30-acre parks. NAIOP recognized six of his developments as Outstanding Projects of the Year in Virginia and Maryland. Current projects include the development of approximately 650,000 square feet of healthcare facilities for the Department of Veterans Affairs valued at excess of $275 million. Mr. Scott founded Scott Capital Management, which also oversees investments in real estate and financial assets and retains broker licenses in 3 jurisdictions.
Mr. Scott is an honor graduate of Cornell University, where he obtained a degree with distinction in Operations Research Engineering. He earned his Master's degree at the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Mr. Scott serves as the Chapter Chairman of the Washington DC - Baltimore Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization Gold. He is an active member of NAIOP and ULI. He has served on the Board of two publicly traded companies; Tier Technologies (NASDAQ) and American Community Properties Trust (AMEX).
Benjamin R. Eldridge, Jr. is an Executive Vice President of Cambridge Property Group LLC and Director of Asset Management/Leasing. Mr. Eldridge is responsible for the oversight of Cambridge Property Group LLC, the leasing division, as well as strategic direction and coordination of a 4 million square foot plus management portfolio. Mr. Eldridge's most recent transactions include representing building owner, UBS Realty and signing Booz Allen Hamilton for 112,000 square feet as well as successfully negotiating the acquisition of the site selection for Coastal Sunbelt Produce's distribution facility totaling 300,000 square feet. He has been actively involved in several key acquisitions in the last two years with a transaction value in excess of $100 million and serves as a member of the Investment Committee.
Mr. Eldridge joined Cambridge Property Group LLC in 1995 as a Project Manager responsible for the leasing and marketing of multi-story office properties in Northern Virginia. Mr. Eldridge has negotiated several million square feet of lease transactions with a combined value in excess of $1 billion on behalf of a diverse group of entrepreneurial and institutional property owners. Mr. Eldridge's experience has included assignments with UBS Global Asset Management, BlackRock, MassMutual (Cornerstone), Citigroup and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance, as well as several high net worth individual investors.
Mr. Eldridge received his B.A. from George Mason University and is a respected senior member of the Washington, DC metro commercial real estate community.
Susan M. Smith is the Chief Accounting Officer at Cambridge Holdings LLC. Mrs. Smith’s primary focus is directing Cambridge Holdings LLC’s corporate accounting functions, property management accounting, lease administration and Self Storage Zone’s accounting functions.
Since joining Cambridge Holdings LLC as an Accounts Payable Specialist in 1997, Mrs. Smith has continued to grow within the company being promoted to Property Management Accountant in 1999, Senior Property Management Accountant in 2004 and Director of PM Accounting & Lease Administration in 2011. She has knowledge of both cash and accrual books which has enabled her to handle all aspects of property management accounting including monthly reports, budgets, CAM reconciliations and year end audits.
Under Mrs. Smith’s leadership, Cambridge Holdings LLC’s client base was expanded in 2014 to include Self Storage Zone’s accounting of 518,842 square feet of stand-alone self-storage locations in Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia and Florida.
Mrs. Smith has over 35 years accounting experience with 19 of those being in the real estate industry. She also has over 15 years Management Reports International experience and 5 years YARDI experience.
J. Andrew Czekaj, III is a Senior Vice President of Cambridge Holdings LLC with a focus on new business development/acquisitions, and a senior member of the leasing team. Mr. Czekaj brings a unique perspective to the company having worked on both commercial sales transactions as well as tenant representation. His background and expertise are being utilized to grow the Cambridge Holdings LLC platform. Most recently, he has been instrumental in the purchase of Atrium at Worldgate, Cambridge Metro Overlook and the underwriting and placement of 1250 23rd Street as well as 2000 Corporate Ridge. He serves on the Investment Committee for Project Acquisitions and is responsible for a leasing portfolio containing 2.5 million square feet on behalf of institutional and high net worth clients.
Since 2007, Mr. Czekaj has participated in more than $400 million of lease and sales transactions in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Prior to joining Cambridge Holdings LLC, he was a partner on the Morris and McNair team at Avison Young, where he led business development efforts for the number one brokerage team in the country. Mr. Czekaj generated and completed in excess of 220,000 square feet of lease transactions which included clients in regional firms, associations as well as national technology companies. In addition, he was an active member of Avison Young’s Young Guns Program, which helps train up and coming leaders.
Mr. Czekaj was awarded an MBA from Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business in 2007 and obtained his B.S. in Political Science from Rollins College in 2005. Mr. Czekaj is a member of Real Estate Group, a member of NAIOP and the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR). He is a licensed salesperson in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia.
Ingo Mayr, CCIM is a Senior Vice President of Cambridge Property Group LLC. Mr. Mayr is responsible for leasing oversight for the Virginia and Maryland suburban portfolio containing in excess of 2.8 million square feet of office and flex space on behalf of institutional clients and Cambridge affiliates.
Mr. Mayr joined Cambridge Property Group LLC in 1998 as a Project Manager, responsible for the leasing and marketing of multi-story office flex properties in Maryland. In 2000, he took over additional leasing responsibilities in Northern Virginia. Mr. Mayr has negotiated several million square feet of lease transactions totaling in access of $1 billion dollars and over $200 million in sales transactions on behalf of a diverse group of entrepreneurial and institutional property owners.
Mr. Mayr's experience has included assignments with UBS Global Asset Management, Development Diversified Retail, PS Business Parks, MassMutual (Cornerstone) and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance as well as several high net worth individual investors. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate representing both landlords and tenants, Mr. Mayr has the knowledge and dedication to provide clients with maximum results.
Mr. Mayr graduated from the University of Maryland with an undergraduate degree in finance and then pursued a graduate degree in international business. He received his CCIM Designation in 1993.
William B. Czekaj is an Associate Vice President at Cambridge Property Group LLC with a primary focus on Landlord representation in suburban Virginia and Maryland. He is involved in the leasing of twenty projects totaling 2.7 million square feet of office and industrial space. Over the last two years, he has been involved in leasing transactions totaling 430,747 square feet. In 2017, he has participated in over 152,000 square feet of leases valued in excess of $15 million.
He began his career in commercial real estate in the summer of 2009. Mr. Czekaj has over nine years of experience in commercial real estate and has participated in excess of $115 million of lease transaction value. Mr. Czekaj’s clients have included General Electric Credit Equities, Inc., UBS, Northwestern Mutual Life, PS Business Parks, Avalon Bay, Bresler & Reiner, Inc., as well as high net worth investors/partners. He is a member of NAIOP Northern Virginia.

Katherine Czekaj Freehof is a Senior Associate at Cambridge Property Group LLC. Mrs. Freehof's primary focus is on landlord representation of Virginia, Washington, DC and Maryland projects totaling in excess 2.4 million square feet. Since joining the Cambridge team in 2014, Mrs. Freehof has been involved in 435,000 square feet of lease transactions with a total lease value of over $40 million.
Before joining Cambridge Property Group LLC, Mrs. Freehof was a Sales and Leasing Associate with Divaris Real Estate, Inc. where she represented retail clients and properties throughout the Washington, DC metro area. Prior to working in commercial real estate, Mrs. Freehof was an Account Coordinator at Levick Strategic Communications, a crisis management firm in Washington, DC. She specialized in media relations, corporate reputation management, and brand-building campaigns for financial organizations and real estate companies.
Mrs. Freehof obtained her MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business, and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Rollins College. She is currently a member of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association (CREBA), NAIOP, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW DC) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Katherine T. Kaltenborn is a leasing Associate at Cambridge Property Group LLC. Mrs. Kaltenborn’s primary focus is on landlord representation of Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland projects totaling in excess 1.6 million square feet.
Before joining Cambridge Property Group LLC, Mrs. Kaltenborn was a Marketing Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield where she represented numerous landlords in the Washington, DC metro area. Prior to working in commercial real estate, Mrs. Kaltenborn was the Marketing Director for Work Design Magazine, an online magazine focused on the evolution of workplace culture, research and design. She was a contributing author of an industry reference book on workplace design for the “unengaged worker” called Change Your Space, Change Your Culture.
Mrs. Kaltenborn obtained her B.S. in Marketing Management, with a Minor in Global Business from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Adam W. Pyles is the Vice President for Cambridge Development Group LLC. He is a seasoned Project Executive who has successfully executed over $500 million of commercial projects. Mr. Pyles pursues continuous cultivation of strategic value clients through customer-focused service, building relationships, developing trust and emphasizing a team approach. He directs all phases of the building process from project inception through design, permitting, construction and occupancy. He is responsible for overall administration of design and construction contracts, equipment purchases and coordination, schedule, and cost control. He also leads both the design and construction phases of the project to identify and address the Owner's needs and concerns. Mr. Pyles obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 1991. He's currently affiliated with Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), American Society of Healthcare Engineers and NC Hospital Engineers Association. Mr. Pyles is also certified in OSHA 30 HR, ASHE, Life Safety 101 and First Responder.
David Hargrave is a Senior Project Manager with Cambridge Construction Group LLC, the construction division of Cambridge Holdings LLC. Mr. Hargrave recently completed a 220,000 square foot healthcare facility for the Veterans Administration in Butler, PA and is currently managing a 250,000 square feet building repositioning project in Tyson’s Corner, VA. Prior to joining Cambridge Construction Group LLC, Mr. Hargrave owned G.S. Coleman LLC, providing consulting services on commercial real estate projects for both developers and general contractors. Mr. Hargrave has 30 years of experience with Washington, DC area developers and general contractors managing day to day operations including preconstruction, estimating, purchasing, and project management professionals. In his three decades of expertise, he has managed the construction of approximately 3.9 million square feet of commercial office buildings, multi-family residential units, and parking garage structures.
Mr. Hargrave received his Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and is a member of NAIOP.
J. Brent Emory is a Senior Project Manager with Cambridge Construction LLC, the construction services division at Cambridge Holdings LLC. Mr. Emory has over 20 years of experience managing the commercial construction process in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He has managed commercial construction projects, project teams and design-build projects in support of customers within the leasing communities, both the private and public sectors. Mr. Emory's project and construction management expertise includes design-to-cost control/collaboration, scheduling and lead time mitigation, corporate headquarters consolidation and expansion, tenant relocation and coordination, phased construction planning and sequencing, conflict identification and resolution, IT infrastructure coordination, inspections, commissioning and close-out administration.
Mr. Emory graduated from James Madison University with a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics.
Leslie F. Tollefson is a Construction Project Coordinator with Cambridge Construction LLC, the construction services division at Cambridge Holdings LLC. Mrs. Tollefson is responsible for working with clients and construction professionals to ensure that contracting and construction management services are provided effectively and efficiently. She joined Cambridge Holdings LLC in October 2016, after working for several multinational defense and technology corporations in the Washington, DC area, providing high-level operational and logistical support for sales and marketing teams and senior executives. Prior to relocating to the Washington, DC area, Mrs. Tollefson spent more than 15 years as an award-winning editor, writer and graphic designer before deciding to focus on her strengths in project management and operational support.
A detail-oriented professional, Mrs. Tollefson has extensive experience overseeing logistics, tracking budgets, working with clients and third-party vendors, and other key facets of project management.
Timothy J. Cronin is a Senior Property Manager with Cambridge Asset Advisors, LLC. He is currently responsible for overseeing a multi-owner portfolio totaling over 1.4 million square feet of commercial office space in the Northern Virginia region including oversight of the VA Facilities in Charlotte, North Carolina and Butler, Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Cambridge Asset Advisors, LLC, Mr. Cronin spent over twenty years with Vornado Charles E. Smith managing class A office commercial real estate assets in the DC Metropolitan area and is an experienced team leader that directs all aspects of building management with particular strengths in maximizing property operational efficiency, tenant and client relations while creating a quality environment, financial and budgetary reporting, capital improvement project management, employee training and development. He assisted with the repositioning of 2101 L Street, NW in 2007 in addition to the subsequent lease up to 100% occupancy while successfully obtaining LEED EBOM (Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance) Certification in 2010. In his roles he has had the pleasure of working with various clients such as GSA, Greenberg Traurig, The US Green Building Council, Callison RTKL, United Nations Foundation and Cushman Wakefield.

Matthew J. Frey is a Property Manager with Cambridge Asset Advisors, LLC. He currently oversees a multi-owner portfolio comprised of over 800,000 square feet of commercial office and flex space located in the Northern Virginia and Maryland region.
Mr. Frey has twenty years of experience in commercial and residential management, and brings to Cambridge Asset Advisors LLC a diverse background which includes building acquisitions, re-visioning and rebranding, construction and an acute knowledge of property management accounting.
He is currently a Certified Property Manager (CPM) Candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Christine S. Channell is a Senior Vice President of Finance for Cambridge Holdings LLC and oversees all accounting, reporting and administrative functions. She provides oversight and guidance to Sue Smith and her team of accounting professionals. Ms. Channell also oversees the direction and performance of Cambridge Construction LLC.
Since joining Cambridge Holdings LLC as an Accounts Payable Accountant in 1986, Ms. Channell has continued to rise within the company’s corporate ranks, having served as Manager of Accounting, Controller, Vice President of IT, and as Senior Vice President of Finance. She has received extensive training in Management Reports International and YARDI. Ms. Channell continues to be actively involved in the day-to-day IT Operations and dynamically brings to our clients an understanding of accounting principles and interrelated subjects.
Ms. Channell has over 40 years of financial and accounting experience within the real estate industry including, development, property management and partnership syndication.
Michael D. Davis is a Director Emeritus of Cambridge Holdings LLC. Mr. Davis is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, which are responsible for strategic direction of the company.
His distinguished 50 plus year career encompasses an association with several major organizations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Mr. Davis was Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer at Cambridge Holdings LLC from 1990-2002. In addition, Mr. Davis had day-to-day oversight of Cambridge Asset Advisors LLC and Cambridge Construction LLC during this time period. From 1986 to 1990, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Cambridge Holdings LLC and its operating subsidiaries. Before joining Cambridge Holdings LLC, Mr. Davis was Senior Vice President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA), where he managed all financial and administrative matters including the strategy for their multimillion dollar long-term investment portfolio. Prior to MBA, Mr. Davis was the Controller for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce where he had responsibility for all financial matters including budgets, financial and management reports as well as their long-term investment portfolio.
