Construction Commences on WatersEdge II at Brooks in San Antonio

Winter 2023 | The WatersEdge project consisting of two Class A office buildings, and a total of 200,000 rentable square-feet, are the first of their kind to be developed at Brooks in San Antonio, Texas. Cambridge Development Group LLC broke ground on the project in the Fall of last year, and is excited to now commence construction on the second building, WatersEdge II. Despite the prevalence of supply chain issues throughout most of the industry, Cambridge Development Group LLC and the general contractor, Harvey Cleary, have been able to bypass these challenges. As a result, the WatersEdge project is currently ahead of schedule, and both Class A office buildings are anticipated for completion by the end of this year.
