WatersEdge consists of two 100,000 square-foot Class “A” suburban office buildings, situated on 14.1 acres at the Brooks campus in San Antonio, Texas.

The complex is designed with sustainability features at the forefront. WatersEdge I, the first of the two buildings under development by Cambridge, overlooks scenic waterfalls and a beautifully landscaped pond. The long grassy plants surrounding the pond will absorb water runoff and provide a focal point for the exterior spaces. Energy efficiency through locally sourced building materials such as light-colored stone and concrete exterior allow for faster cooling off. Outside gathering places include a food truck park and outdoor seating areas. The campus landscape will feature nearly 200 shade trees– which promotes clean air, provides comfort, and has cooling effects. In addition to being aesthetically pleasing, strategically planned arroyos will aid in capturing storm water for site irrigation and will reduce the flow of run off into San Antonio’s storm water system.

The WatersEdge project will be the new home of Brooks Headquarters and will bring the highest quality office space to new and expanding tenants at the Brooks campus. WatersEdge I is projected to be completed in Summer of 2023.
