Stafford Place Sold for $197,242,782

Cambridge Property Group successfully structured the sale of 4201 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington VA. Cambridge Property Group represented the seller, Stafford Place Associates Limited Partnership, which sold the property to Stafford Equity Stratford, LLC; Stafford Data, LLC; and Stafford Windsor, LLC as tenants in common for a total consideration of $197,242,782. The purchasers were represented by Gerry Trainor and Ken Marks of Transwestern.

Stafford Place is a 12 story 555,000 square foot, Trophy class office building located in Arlington, Virginia. At the time of closing the property was 100% leased with the GSA occupying 97% of the building. The Property is easily accessible by the adjacent Ballston metro station which provides convenient access to Washington’s outstanding mass transportation system.
