Galaxy Atrium Acquires $19.6M Office Building in Herndon, VA

A Class A office building located in Herndon, VA, has been acquired by Galaxy Atrium for $19.65 million. The 130,000 sq. ft. building at 205 Van Buren Street is located next to the new Herndon Metro Station. The four-story, newly remodeled building was purchased from AEW Capital Management, which was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. Cambridge Property Group represented the buyer during the transaction.
