Cambridge, NC, Inc. and Keystone Partners LLC represented the seller, CChecks Associates Limited Partnership, which sold the property to Clarke Realty Group, LLC for $2,992,000 ($79 per sq. ft.).
The Clarke American Building is a one story office/warehouse/production facility consisting of 38,120 square feet. The sole occupant is Clarke American Checks, Inc., a division of Harland Clark, one of the largest producers of personal and business checks in the country. At the time of closing the property was 100% leased and used as a regional office as well as a check production facility.
The purchaser represented itself in the transaction.
