Clarke American Building Sold for 3,000,000

Cambridge, NC, Inc. and Keystone Partners LLC successfully structured the sale of 9711 David Taylor Drive, Charlotte, NC. Cambridge, NC, Inc. and Keystone Partners LLC represented the seller, CChecks Associates Limited Partnership, which sold the property to Clarke Realty Group, LLC for $2,992,000 ($79 per sq. ft.).

The Clarke American Building is a one story office/warehouse/production facility consisting of 38,120 square feet. The sole occupant is Clarke American Checks, Inc., a division of Harland Clark, one of the largest producers of personal and business checks in the country. At the time of closing the property was 100% leased and used as a regional office as well as a check production facility.

The purchaser represented itself in the transaction.
