CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The project team for the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Charlotte Health Care Center in Charlotte, North Carolina been awarded the 2017 John L. Martin Partnered Project of the Year Award, in the category of Buildings/Public Infrastructure Projects between $25-250 million, by the International Partnering Institute.
