The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) acquired a 142,810-square-foot flex building in Lanham, MD from developer Cambridge Property Group for $12.852 million or about $90 per square foot. The building delivered in 2005 at 10201 Good Luck Road as a build-to-suit for the Federal Aviation Administration, which vacated the complex in December.

The 130,000 sq. ft. building at 205 Van Buren Street is located next to the new Herndon Metro Station. The four-story, newly remodeled building was purchased from AEW Capital Management, which was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. Cambridge Property Group represented the buyer during the transaction.
