Cambridge Property Group, a local owner and developer headquartered in Vienna, VA, purchased the four-story The Atrium at Worldgate office building at 205 Van Buren Street in Herndon, VA from AEW Capital Management for $19.65 million, or about $152 per square foot.

The four-story, newly remodeled building, was purchased from AEW Capital Management, whom was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

Galaxy Atrium LLC has purchased a 130,000-square-foot, Class A office building in Herndon for $19.6 million. The sale was announced Monday by Cambridge Property Group LLC on behalf of its client.

Cambridge structured the sale of Loudoun Plaza I to WhiteStar with a total investment of $12,150,000

White Star Investments has acquired the Loudoun Plaza I, an office building in the Loudoun Gateway Business Park, located outside Washington D.C.'s in Virginia near Washington Dulles International Airport. Having been built in 1989, the 71,750 square foot Class A office building cost the buyer $12,150,000. It's one of four buildings in the office park and traded for just under $170 per sq. ft. It was comprehensively renovated in 2015 and was 91 percent leased by the time of closing. Cambridge Holdings has been retained as the Leasing Agent and Property Manager for the Property.

Dulles, Virginia - Cambridge Property Group LLC is pleased to announce the purchase of 22980 Indian Creek in Dulles, Virginia, a 102,422 square foot office building for user client who will occupy approximately 50,000 square feet. The four-story, Class A office building, was purchased from Carr Properties, whom was represented by Holiday Fenoglio Fowler. Cambridge has been retained to manage, lease and provide construction services for the property, which will have 24,110 square feet available for lease following occupancy of the Owner. According to Randy Jaegle, Chief Operating Officer of Cambridge, "The pending vacancy will allow the new owner to own and occupy a visually stunning building that has been exceptionally well maintained. The acquisition of Loudoun Gateway IV demonstrates our approach to value creation on behalf of our clients and partners."
