4.14.06::A&A Washington D.C. Portfolio was Purchased for $194,600,000

Cambridge structured the acquisition of a three building office portfolio in Washington D.C. for $194,600,000 on behalf of UBS Global Asset Management Real Estate.  The 467,371 square foot portfolio was acquired from A&A Investment Group (and affiliates) by 1146 19^th Street Investors LLC, 901 E Street Investors LLC and 1101 Vermont Avenue Investors LLC.  At the time of closing the  portfolio was approximately 98% leased.
