The FAA awarded Cambridge Development Group LLC the National Aeronautical Charting Office in 2004. It is a 143,810 square foot build to suit facility consisting of 6 photographic labs, a special film prep room, 4 dark rooms for film development and support, a chemical holding room and printing press areas. The mechanical system consists of 18 rooftop air conditioner units with gas heat and a split heat pump system. All offices have a steam humidifier added to provide a comfortable work environment. Cambridge Development delivered the project on time in one year. This is a secure facility as per FAA requirements. Cambridge Asset Advisors LLC continues to manage this property.
