The FDA Laboratory was developed by Cambridge Development Group LLC in 2003. Our team located and provided the site, the financing, and achieved an on-time delivery for the GSA. The build to suit, is a 3-story, 81,702 square foot laboratory and office building, which houses FDA’s Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN), the Office of Color and Cosmetics (OCAD), and the Division of Color Certification. The project was delivered on time within the 12 month time frame. Cambridge Asset Advisors LLC currently manages the property for ownership.
