Cambridge Development Group LLC completed this 120,000 square foot build to suit project in 2000. The project itself is a combined headquarters facility, research and development laboratory and manufacturing facility. It includes manufacturing, laboratories, office, cafeteria/kitchen, cold storage and warehouse space. It’s comprised of two buildings with a common lobby and courtyard between them. Other features include: 13 walk-in style environmental cold rooms, up-blast exhaust fans, two 1155 mbh rooftop boilers, a 250 kW diesel generator, two de-ionized water loops, central vacuum system and a compressed air system.
