Herndon, Virginia - Cambridge Property Group LLC is pleased to announce on behalf of its client, Galaxy Atrium, LLC the purchase of 130,000 s.f., Class A office building located at 205 Van Buren Street in Herndon, VA. The four-story, newly remodeled building, was purchased from AEW Capital Management, whom was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

Dulles, Virginia - Cambridge Property Group LLC is pleased to announce the purchase of 22980 Indian Creek in Dulles, Virginia, a 102,422 square foot office building for user client who will occupy approximately 50,000 square feet. The four-story, Class A office building, was purchased from Carr Properties, whom was represented by Holiday Fenoglio Fowler. Cambridge has been retained to manage, lease and provide construction services for the property, which will have 24,110 square feet available for lease following occupancy of the Owner. According to Randy Jaegle, Chief Operating Officer of Cambridge, "The pending vacancy will allow the new owner to own and occupy a visually stunning building that has been exceptionally well maintained. The acquisition of Loudoun Gateway IV demonstrates our approach to value creation on behalf of our clients and partners."

Dulles, Virginia - Cambridge Holdings LLC, together with Chip Ryan of Avison Young, successfully structured the sale of Loudoun Plaza I on behalf of Galaxy Loudoun LLC (Seller). Loudoun Plaza I is a 71,750 SF Class A office building, located at 45240 Business Court in Loudoun, Virginia. The project was purchased by White Star Investments for a total consideration of $12,150,000. Cambridge has been retained as the Leasing Agent and Property Manager for the Property.

Washington, DC - Cambridge Property Group, announces the successful representation of Galaxy 23rd Street LLC in its acquisition of 1250 23rd Street, N.W., a 128,571 sf mixed use property in the West End submarket of Washington, D.C. The project was purchased from W/G 1250 23rd Street NW LLC, whom was represented by Transwestern. Galaxy 23rd Street LLC is a joint venture between Hartford Investment Management Company (HIMCO) and Galaxy Investments LLC.

McLean, Virginia - Cambridge Property Group LLC is pleased to announce on behalf of its client, Galaxy Metro, LLC the purchase of 1760 Old Meadow Road in Tysons Corner, Virginia, a 101,440 square foot office building. The five-story, Class A office building, was purchased from TIAA-CREF, whom was represented by Holiday Fegnolio Fowler. Cambridge has been retained to manage and lease the property, which currently has 53,705 square feet available for lease. As part of the repositioning of the asset, it will receive comprehensive common area upgrades and the property will be renamed "Cambridge Metro Overlook".

Butler, Pennsylvania - Cambridge Healthcare Solutions PA LP is mobilizing to begin construction on a new VA Health Care Center in Butler County. The Department of Veterans Affairs awarded the contract to Cambridge Healthcare Solutions PA LP to design, build and provide facility management for the VA Health Care Center at the end of December, 2014.
