Cambridge Property Group and Cassidy & Pinkard successfully arranged the sale of 1400 Eye Street in the East End submarket of Washington, DC, just four blocks from The White House. Bill Collins, Paul Collins and Drew Flood of Cassidy & Pinkard and T. Michael Scott and Randy S. Jaegle of Cambridge Property Group represented the seller, 1400 Eye Associates Limited Partnership. Galaxy Investments, Inc. / 1400 Eye Investors, L.L.C. purchased the property for $29,600,000.

Cambridge structured the disposition of a 50,978 s.f. Special Testing Laboratory facility on behalf of AIP/Loudoun Limited Partnership. The building is located at 22626 Dulles Summit Court, Sterling, Virginia. The building was developed by Cambridge Development Group L.P. and was sold to Williams and Fulton Limited Partnership for a total consideration of $19,000,000.

Cambridge structured the acquisition 1615 L Street, NW, on behalf of 1615 L Street/Cambridge Commons LLC, 1615 L Street/Saybrooke Commons LLC and Hayfield Investors, LLC, as tenants in common. The property is a thirteen-story office building containing 412,052 square feet of net rentable space, plus 263 parking spaces contained in a three-level underground parking garage. The project was purchased for a total consideration of $112,500,000 from 1615 Owners LLC.

Cambridge structured the acquisition 830 First Street NE, on behalf of 830 First Street L.L.C. The property is an eleven-story office building containing 237,800 square feet of net rentable space, plus 175 parking spaces contained in a three-level garage. The project was purchased for a total consideration of $51,950,000 from Swanee Limited Partnership.
