Dweck Acquires Staff Place I for $197M Dweck Properties acquired Stafford Place I, a distinctive, 550,000-square-foot Class A office building in Arlington, VA, from Stafford Place Associates L.P. for approximately $197.2 million, or $355 per square foot, according to public records.

Cambridge Property Group successfully structured the sale of 4201 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington VA. Cambridge Property Group represented the seller, Stafford Place Associates Limited Partnership, which sold the property to Stafford Equity Stratford, LLC; Stafford Data, LLC; and Stafford Windsor, LLC as tenants in common for a total consideration of $197,242,782. The purchasers were represented by Gerry Trainor and Ken Marks of Transwestern.

Cambridge Property Group represented the seller, 1400 Eye Investors LLC, which sold the project to 1400 I Street NY, LLC for a total consideration of $41,400,000. The purchaser was represented by Gerry Trainor of Transwestern Commercial Services.

4.14.06::A&A Washington D.C. Portfolio was Purchased for $194,600,000

Cambridge structured the acquisition of a three building office portfolio in Washington D.C. for $194,600,000 on behalf of UBS Global Asset Management Real Estate. The 467,371 square foot portfolio was acquired from A&A Investment Group (and affiliates) by 1146 19th Street Investors LLC, 901 E Street Investors LLC and 1101 Vermont Avenue Investors LLC. At the time of closing the portfolio was approximately 98% leased.
