Booz Allen Leases Space in Northern Virginia

McLean-based Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., which has been on a recent leasing frenzy in the D.C. area, just signed a 112,078 square foot deak in Herndon. The government consultant will occupy 82 percent of the five-story, 135,376 square foot building at 575 Herndon Parkway. The Class A building, also known as Dulles Overlook, is owned by an investment fund advised by the U.S. real estate business of UBS Global Asset Management. The building was erected in the late 1980's and last traded in 2005 for $29.2 million, according to Fairfax County assessment records.

Booz Allen Hamilton Signs Lease Near Future Herndon Metro Site

Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., has signed a lease for the remaining available space at Dulles Overlook, 575 Herndon Parkway, in Herndon. The property is adjacent to the future Herndon-Monroe Metro station, scheduled to be completed by 2016. The deal preserves the building owner's ability to redevelop the site when the new Metro station is completed.

Cambridge Property Group LLC, on behalf of UBS Global Asset Management, is pleased to announce that Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. has signed a lease to take the balance of the available space at Dulles Overlook, 575 Herndon Parkway in Herndon, Virginia. Dulles Overlook, is a five story, 135,376-square-foot building owned by an investment fund advised by the US real estate business of UBS Global Asset Management. Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. will take possession of 112,078 rentable square feet representing eighty-two percent (82%) of the building. The property is adjacent to the Herndon/Monroe Metro Station, which is scheduled to be completed by 2016, and this transaction affords ownership with an exceptionally creditworthy tenant in Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. while preserving ownership’s ability to redevelop the site when the new station is completed.
