Katherine Czekaj Freehof is Senior Vice President of Cambridge Holdings LLC and Asset Manager. In her capacity, Ms. Freehof is responsible for the coordination and direction of a 3.5+ million square foot portfolio comprised of multiple asset classes in Virginia, Washington, DC, Maryland, and Texas. Additionally, in her role, Ms. Freehof coordinates the functions of property management, construction management, and leasing. In her previous role, Ms. Freehof was involved with the leasing of over 2.8 million square feet of office, flex, retail, and industrial properties on behalf of institutional and entrepreneurial landlords throughout the DC metro area.
Ms. Freehof obtained her Master of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Rollins College. She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP Northern Virginia Chapter), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW Northern Virginia Chapter), the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association (CREBA), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
